Items for exchange must reach us within 7 calendar days from delivered date. Make an appointment with us to drop off the item to enjoy a free exchange, otherwise you will be required to bear charges for return shipping and insurance fees. Any item with signs of wear or any work done on item by any other jeweller other than Sincerely Simone will not be accepted. Item will be eligible for exchange only if it is in their original purchase condition (undamaged and in new and unused condition).
